Windows 7 vs Windows Vista
Windows 7 is out in the stores this week, many of you have asked me to compare it with Windows Vista on the same PC Hardware installed from scratch. PLEASE RATE OR COMMENT!

I have installed win7 on virtual machine, so I think it’s best OS ever and then my xp won’t work anymore I’ll install win7.
you know what i don’t get i have windows 7 right but why is every one putting windows vs windows makes no sense to me

you can see the difference a hardware accelerated gui (XP) vs a non accelerated one (Vista, windows 7).
Yes Windows vista and 7 have hardware acceleration, but only for the completed window on a 3d surface, not the GDI+ base GUI. Many GDI+ calls are actually hardware accelerated on XP and a good video card. Go read up on it in the video info.
Widnows in general sucks my dick. i had vista and my computer crashed wit a blue screen, and then i got 7 and it just crashed wit a blank screen. Windows vs Mac (Deathmatch) lets see it
If you’re getting blue and blank screens, you’re doing something wrong…….NOT Windows. Sorry to make you ache. Try stopping and figuring out where you’re screwing up.

Depends how you look at it. Basically, XP is a bit more generalized and supports the widest hardware and software range, but…..it’s an outdated, almost 9 year old OS that is missing some crucial features that Windows 7 has.
Aside from being easier, Win7 has DirectX 10 and 11 support, a better update feature, native 64-Bit architecture that is more advanced (trust me, you don’t want to use WinXP 64-Bit), and a slew of other features that just make it more easy and fun to use.
