the thing is though, I’m not really fat.haha . I dont know if this is right but in our school we had our body fat tested and I was only 11%
140 is a better weight but thats good

well actually i do push ups and pull ups ..so is it enough
after ca 36 std i still have sore muscles, should i do this workout or should i wait?
Believe it or not the best way to burn fat is doing squats because it targets the biggest muscles in your body; Which in turn raises your metabolism faster to burn fat. Do 100-200 a day on your free time and you will see results fairly quickly. Just don’t pig out while you’re trying to lose fat.

i do this twice a day no results yet
