PS3 Controller on Windows 7 x64
This is a video on getting Dualshock 3 working with Windows 7 x64 RC. I’m pretty sure this will work for Vista x64 as well. My first instructional video, so I am hopeful it helps someone. As demonstrated it’s possible to get this working in x64, even rumble. Also as a disclaimer, I am not liable for any information damaged or lost as the result of this video. does it need to be in test mode every time to make the ps3 controller work?

@Hayo92 – The one that ur trying to install is probably 4.0 and this tutorial is somewhat for 3.0 cus everything he said is in 3.0. Try using the older version and then tell me it does not work

Your tutorial was quite helpful, and my computer is registering the controller as fully functional. However, when I run Crysis (the only game i’m interested in playing with the controller) the game just doesn’t recognize that anything’s there. Can I get some help?
when I click on the controller 5:18 theres nothing in the white box and my pc doesn’t recognize something at all

when i go to update the driver and i go in the motioninjoy folder the one you want me to click on is not there. help?
pc dosent find any pc controller when i plug it in the pc..

Help! I have basically done everything but I can’t seem to find the device like the one in 5:15. And whenever I go to the Motion-in Joy USB Gamepad in the device manager, I get this message: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39).
Can anyone help me?
@iamsuperchristian I got the same damn thing bro, any one else with this problem ? im runing vista 64 bit did everything to the T and ran everything under administrator and hit f8 and diabled that shit site told me so have every damn thing covered …so please for the love of god and everything that is ps3 help us…i need this to work for cod6 online and this seem like the only thing that will do the trick so i need it to work for me ….Blacka

@jammersf you have to choose the other version of the Motioninjoy x64 Driver, 0.3.00, it works!
@Bazzyish you have to select “analog gamepad 1″ in ds3 tool.;)
