7217jojo , i went to home depot and got hex boltss that are metric. 5mm-8X10mm got 8 of them. seem to be fine. they didn’t sell any nylon washers. i used fiber washers and it worked fine. just make sure they fit.
@OXXOI77777 i spent $6 on bolts and washers, $10 on thermal compound, and $1 on rubbing alcohol. plus like $20 in gas driving everywhere.. cheaper to be patient and order the repair kit from ebay

@alan1572 Turn your xbox off Smack the side 2 times and turn it back on and keep doing that until your xbox works.
its worked for me it took me 5 minutes to fix mine trust me

@sealtech31 will if u hav sound and no picture and ur xbox shos you 1 red light that means ur av cables arnt plugged in properly

hello, mine worked once but when I put the case back on I got the RROD again. Should I over heat it again?
i did everything as the video said and it strted working …….but after a week the three red lights came back again….so basically i wasted my money on a scam
