    i think id cook that pork on both sides cuz when u dont have access to fresh pork like that ur better off cookin it all the way through to be safe

    I’ve made these twice now. Super yummy!! I added a little sugar to the gyoza sauce because it was too sour for me, but otherwise oh so good.

    @slykeener I had to end up going to a Chinese store or any kind of store like that to get it. It was a great time though because the store owner was very nice to help us with the ingredients. All together it was only like $20 =)
