I recently purchased two of these speakers for my truck. Had a small enclosure, so needed something that worked in small spaces. These happened to be the cheapest and I’ve had other sony products in the past. So I figured they would work great. I had them put in and about 3 weeks later, I blew one of them. Sounded great up till I blew it. Good thing it comes with a 1 year warranty. Becuase it looks like you will need it.

I had a 1400watt amp on a single enclosure and it did blow my speaker a bit but still works better than most speakers

these are good speakers but turn them up to peak power out put and they become distorded with poor base reflex.
