    @BiskSLO Backing up your files is really only truly necessary if you want to keep some files you may have saved upon your computer…if could be anything from music, movies, or certain programs you`ve installed and might want to keep. That`s about it.

    This video was brillantly made and basically is flawless in explaining everything we need to know.

    can u guys help me when i install windows7 its come like this
    what i have to do???
    Windows Mail is no longer included in Windows; however your e-mail files and settings will still be available after the upgrade. To send and receive e-mail you will need to install a new e-mail program. You can get e-mail programs from other software manufacturers or from the Microsoft website.

    i bought W7 Ultimate x64 the day it was released, i uninstalled WMP, Media Center and DVD Maker, disabled a billion services, the jumplists, taskbar pinning and other billion things.

    all i have is simply W7 simplified as XP, uses less ram and less annoying cause i dont need all this stuff.

    honestly W7 is the best OS i ever used since XP, a little slower (a couple fps) in some games (sometimes faster) but the OS @ the desktop is faster and better.

    i never used Vista, skipped it completely.

    it should be noted that you don’t NEED an enclosure, you can just put the old hdd in your comp and format it, and it will work the same, if not faster (if the enclosure doesn’t have esata)

    @YearraeY

    Your drop in FPS might be due to you running DX10 and 11 games, which is expected. Everything you’ve said……..I agree 100%. Good post. Windows 7 has all the strengths of XP and Vista with none of the weaknesses. The small tradeoff in higher system requirements is a moot point, since technology has sprung ahead so far since the XP days that it easily counteracts the effect.

    @NarutoXforever123

    Be more specific. What type of error?

  19. 099psp

    REMEMBER TO CHANGE BACK TO HARD DISK (in bios) RIGHT?

  21. Willowman100

    @NarutoXforever123 you need to download it from windows 7 essentials. Type “live essentials” in the start menu search bar.

  22. candyisnumba1

    i wouldnt do this. if u like to download a lot of stuff i wouldnt do this. just buy a computer with windows 7 already on the computer

  23. macsux1

    i got mine for free at bestbuy lol a emplyee told me when i bought my laptop they would give me a copy for free cause i had vista on it apparently they fucked up so i got pissed and they gave me a full version win 7 pro with both 64 and 32 bit versions a 200 dollar value for free.

  24. Bangaro1337

    Hopefully getting a new laptop
    Mac was too expensive, and I had a tight budget.
    But if my laptop comes loaded with Windows Vista, I’ll shit bricks

  25. stitso1

    You don’t even have to go through the first step, you can just go to the boot menu.
